Client Overview

The Macedonian Orthodox Youth of Australia (MOYA) is a national organisation committed to uniting young Orthodox Christians through spiritual education, tradition, and fellowship. While their in-person events — including Bible studies, guest talks, and community nights — were vibrant and well-attended, their online presence didn’t fully reflect the energy or impact of their mission.

The challenge wasn’t just inactivity — it was a missed opportunity to engage young people where they spend much of their time: online. MOYA needed a digital strategy that could amplify their message, spark meaningful interaction, and build community beyond physical gatherings.

MOYA had a clear, purpose-driven vision and a strong on-ground presence — but its digital platforms lacked the structure, consistency, and reach to match. While Instagram was active, it was underperforming, and no defined strategy existed to support event promotion or sustained engagement.

To truly connect with youth across Australia, MOYA needed a cohesive digital identity, a content approach that honoured its Orthodox roots, and a platform strategy that communicated faith in a format today’s young people could relate to and engage with.
